I have had the paper, with suggested revisions, sent to you FedEx, since I was slow in getting to the reading of it. It is quite nicely done and most of my suggested edits and questions are not major. I did suggest that the second half of p. 29 and first two sentences of p. 30 be moved to the introduction to the paper rather than the conclusion.

I'm hard at work on the Statement of Purpose and Personal Statement, the latter of which isn't applicable for all Universities, but U of M at least requires one. I've still got to secure the last of my recommendations, which I'm in the process of doing now. Hopefully that will be squared away over the next couple of days.
