So using this as my constant update for gym crap cause im proud of myself even if it bores chi :-P So the max heart rate for somebody thats 18-20 ish is 200 anything close to that or over it is risking a heart attack, you cardio should be close to 70% of that which is an intense workout. my max heard rate is supposed to be 196, ive had my heart rate up to 197, and i consistently when i do cardio get up to 187 , so im doing cardio at a heart rate higher then 18 year olds and possibly risking a heart attack....BUT..i dont feel funny, my chest feels fine, im not breathing that hard, and after about 2 mins on a cooldown my HR is back to 145.
But yeah did the eleptical which i was going to cut out of my workout cause i wasnt sweating enough...got 400 calories in 20 minutes and got my Hr up to a 187 constant for 25 or so minutes, lifted some weights , went to go jump on another cardio machine and realised i was wiped out.
