My immediate reaction was "WTF, what kind of nugget?" But anything passionfruit-flavored must inspire at least a small enjoyment quotient.

I wonder if they meant nougat? This reminded me of last Halloween, passing out candy at the Republican HQ dressed as Doctor Who.
