One good thing happened this evening that lightens my mind.
Bailey's V-Rod bike has arrived!

I can't say much about the previous owner, finding several scratches, and even a bolt missing from the steering bracket, but I have to thank the importers for the first class service in bringing it out to Australia for Bailey.

I haven't had much luck of late.  Things have either been breaking, failing, getting lost, or plain not working.

Breaking - several globes, both at home and at work (the toilets).
Getting lost - several international packages.  One has gone to Taiwan, the other... I'm not sure yet.

So what does one do to take a summer photo in winter?

1. When the weather is against you.  Fake it.  Use lots of bright yellow light souces.  Use a canvas backdrop.  Or just do it inside.
