No museum yesterday, and it's closed today... ;o; So tomorrow~ Actually I hoped I could go to IKEA today, but I have to work. Sometimes I just hate work. Especially since we got those ugly new clothes. Uglyuglyuglyugly! Everybody hates them! But a friend is going to visit me in the evening and I translated Shige-stuff, so the day isn't that bad! :D
I loved Shige's part in Kiseki no Kizuna, so when I saw a photo of Bangladesh in the latest issue, I just had to translate the text. And of course, I was a little bit shocked. You maybe have heard that there were some bloody riots around the time the filming crew went there. Shige talks about his experience:
'Pajamas'
Last month, I went for the program 'kiseki no kizuna~' of an tokyo broadcast station to an outdoor film location in Bangladesh. Since I already talked a lot about my various thoughts and impressions on this show, now I want to talk about an episode I laughed at that happened in Bangladesh, even so the situation might not be something to laugh about. From Japan to Bangladesh plus the journey through, it took us 18 hours, so it was already one o'clock midnight when we reached our destination. On the airport, a person from the staff who had reached Bangladesh some time before me, was waiting for me in his pajamas. On the bus and on the way to the hotel, he started to talk about the situation at the location. 'In a previous consultation, we were told that public safety is provided for several years already. Anyhow... this morning, there were some inner disputes going on...' -Disputes?! 'Around 50 civilians...' Please don't say any more! 'Even so this happened near the location of tomorrow, I think, tomorrow, everything will be okay, so we surely are going to use this location!' -What the hell?! Since a person who is wearing pajamas is telling me this, it has to be a joke. The next day: On our way to the location, people are on the run coming towards us. Then: BAMBAMBAAM! ... hahaha!!! I just had to laugh. Since now I'm back save in Japan, I'm writing about this in the manuscript. It's all about the pajamas.
Ah, I'm sorry, it's very depressing (and full of mistakes...), so I'm also posting his second photo, to end this on a brighter note.
cool Koyama is cool
I don't think I'm going to translate the text related to this picture... It seems to be about collocations, and I don't know very much of them...
Hope you'll have a nice day!♥
