I got lucky tonight... A friend of a friend of a friend (you get the idea) hosted a screening for The Twilight Saga: New Moon and the roommate and I went.

I finished reading Eclipse tonight...
as I began to wade through the opening chapters I was a bit dismayed.  I was thoroughly put out with both Bella and Edward (they both seemed whiney and irritating...) and it seemed like the story wouldn't pick up any steam.  Compared to the first two books (Twilight/New Moon) Eclipse seemed to limp along in the ( Read more... )

News dropped into my inbox this afternoon that the CEO/MIC (that's Mom In Charge) over at TwilightTeez (http://www.twilightteez.com/) welcomed a new "staff member"  yesterday morning.  The baby came a bit early and it seems that Mom had to fly (literally) to the nearest hospital equipped to handle a preemie birth.
