Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale...

I think I've finally reached the apex of bizarreness in my dreams. I have no idea where it came from, either. Well, obviously, part of it is due to my adoration and obsession with all things 'marauder', but really ( Read more... )

Not yet, although there's one I'd like to use at some point. It's terribly sad, though. In the dream, Sirius, Remus, and Harry were running through 12GP looking for each other, but every time one glimpsed another, a door would slam in his face and lock itself. I don't know where I'll use it.

I had another one in which Harry, Ginny, Luna, Neville, Ron, and Hermione were having secret meetings in the attic of the Burrow the summer after OotP. Ron and Hermione had hooked up, so Harry was spending more time with G, L, and N. Snape, Tonks, and Remus were on some sort of spy mission. I think there might have been some romantic tension between Snape and Tonks, but Remus was very much still in love with Sirius...who wasn't quite dead!

This is where it gets kind of cool. The land beyond the Veil, it turned out, was home to these...neutral guys. That sounds weird. Dementors are negative entities, right? And Patronuses (Patroni?) are kind of their polar opposites (I think Remus actually calls them anti-Dementors). The guys beyond the Veil were dab smack in the middle, and concerned with balance in the universe. They usually don't interact with the outside world much, but since Voldemort has risen to power and Dementors are on the loose, there's an inbalance in the universe, and they're becoming concerned. They become even more concerned when Sirius shows up and starts telling them all about how terrible everything is. I don't remember what else happened in the dream, only that in the end the neutral guys decided to even the fight by giving Sirius back to Harry so he'd be happier, and therefore more effective when combating the bad guys.

Weird, huh?

That's not weird - those are some cool plot bunnies! Maybe your subconscious could drop a few of them my way! :)

Your welcome to any elements from the second one! Forgot to mention that when Sirius was beyond the Veil, the neutral guys kept him (as a man) in this gigantic, gold, bejeweled waterbowl. O_o For some reason.
