Not enough Sangria in the world!
Eeeee! JYJ concert tonight!!!! So excited! :-P
I haz a illuminations and a mousapelli (and later will haz a lauriegilbert!) and we are being very lazy today. The weather is crappy and cold, but at least it's not raining. We just went out for a late brunch at the diner, and *glances at clock* I really should be getting in the shower soon.
Yesterday we went into the City, had a yummy lunch at Joe's Shanghai (soup dumplings and pan fried noodles with beef FTYUM!), walked around Chinatown for a bit until it started to rain, and then hopped in the subway and went up to the east village where it was not raining, and where there was apparently a 10-block long street fair on Third Avenue. I bought purple sunglasses that Mousa picked out (you can never have too many pairs of sunglasses, I say!) and we got some Murano glass pendant thingies. Then musesfool met us, and we went to dinner at The Crooked Tree Creperie where there was peach mango passionfruit sangria, bacon sandwiches, and nommy chocolate, dulce de leche (don't ask me to say that out loud!) and banana crepes for dessert!
On a creepy note, there was some girl who we swear could not have been older than 10 or 11 dancing with and kissing some 30 year old guy, and there was not enough sangria in the whole world to make that go away. Gah!
And now tonight there is CONCERT and I am ridiculously excited!!!!
I haven't seen yesterday's Doctor Who yet. I'll probably watch tomorrow. I made Mousa watch The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances, since those were the next episodes she was up to. Still two of my favorite eps, ever! I think we creeped illuminations out too, which is always a plus! She was all "OMG creepy kids! *shudder*" \o/
Right. Shower for me. Mousa and Illuminations are watching last night's SNL and laughing like a couple of hyenas in my living room. :-P (I did like the Justin Timberlake/Lady Gaga Beer/Wine > Tea skit, though!)
