Remember how last week I couldn't quite figure out what was going on other than I still love Troy (Troy, I love you), I remembered why I love you so much this week. Also, Rob Coddroy, be on television more. Please don't change.

Needless to say, I very much enjoyed this episode and despite the fact that Jeff manages to regress constantly, I still love his storylines. And Annie/Abed/Troy escapades should happen every episode.
In other news, why aren't there a legion of icon makers that just take quotes from Community and turn them into icons.
I for one am thrilled with the Katherine backstory. It gives depth to what would quickly become a very cartoonish villain, which is something the show does not do. However, it does put Stefan in a pretty precarious spot regarding everyone loving him. (That being said, Paul's chemistry with Nina even as Katherine doesn't compare to his with Candice.) But I trust the show to work with it.
The whole Jenna's party thing was nice, and well, I will admit, Mason tried to convince Damon that they could make it work. I wish they would have. But Damon does do pointless feuds all so well. Alaric and Jenna should be in every episode; I love them so much.
The ending was a bit tight for me, but I can only see them not telling Damon ending very badly. And the previews for the next episode only make me want it to happen sooner. It looks so awesome.
