TV 301: This is how TV should go

Dear TV Show writers,

Do you watch The Vampire Diaries? Because you should. Take notes; because someone there has it all figured out.

Sincerely,

Me

O.M.G.

That's exactly how you do it. That's what I wanted without me even knowing it. I feel so terribly for Damon, and how badass is Stefan right now? And Elena and Katherine. It's just so utterly awesome to watch this show because things happen and people know things and they talk, and let's face it, Elena loves Jeremy more than anything so that last scene was so painful. Because she literally took everything Damon had and just shredded it in front of him. He wanted her to hurt like she hurt him. It was beautiful and poetic and awful. This is how you do a sympathetic bad guy. With the guilt and the caring and the in general legitimate reasons why these things would happen.

I LOVE Damon with Liz Forbes. They're just so in sync and she is the only person you can believe Damon cares about outside Elena, because he does. I loved those scenes. (I might just love Damon a lot.)

Stefan is finally living up to all of his potential. This Stefan is both a vampire and in love with Elena, and it's not boring or repetitive or just anything short of brilliant.

That scene with Damon and Elena at the end; it's just so painful. But I do like that Katherine couldn't break him; Elena can and did. Katherine makes him vulnerable, but Elena is his ultimate weakness because she is the only person he trusts to be honest with him.

Basically I could write an epic on how painful and perfect that scene was, but I won't. I'm just curious to know what happens when Elena finds out what Katherine said to him. Because she hates him now, but Jeremy didn't die, and she has a soft spot for him larger than I believe she's willing to admit (I'm with Damon there).

Needless to say, I cannot wait for next week. So way to go show; I'm so excited to see what you have in store for me next week.
