Suddenly, our internet connection, which is Cable, has been slower than Dial-up on an Apple II. So slow that Google times- out before it finishes loading. I took out my contact lenses and changed into my jammies before LJ finished loading. My sister's fiance can't even figure it out (he's a techie). It really sucks.
