O_o ... our offer got accepted on the house. So now we have lots of leg work to do to get our inspections sorted out and get finance on the go.... luckily the mortgage broker is gonna find us the best deal anyway so least thats a little less legging it :)

This is seriously daunting... and ultra exciting at the same time haha..

I feel sane but like I'm gunna lose it a little haha
