204 today!

going to a family reunion - UGH!

Of course, centered around fucking food!

The family always talks about people in the family and how FAT they are, but then they serve food that is ALL FAT! Christ!

Last night was a BBQ at MILs - here is the menu:

hot dogs = FAT
hamburgers = FAT
chicken legs = FAT
chips = FAT
NASTY salad - OK, no fat, but check out the dressing selection: Ranch, Blue Cheese, & Thousand Island YUCK!!!
Corn on the Cob = pure starch + added butter which = FAT

Luckily I brought my own salad & dressing, which I didnt even really eat & had to leave early b/c the kids were having problems

Today ALL I AM EATING IS A SLIM FAST BAR!  I swear! We are bringing a veggie try, so maybe I will eat some veggies as well. But they are having a similar menu today (but adding things like potato salad, macaroni salad and the like ARG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

DH really piled it on last night, poor guy. I am so afraid he is going to have a heart attack or something soon. He keeps gaining and he keeps eating. I understand what he is going through. But as I watch him I am inspired to eat less & less. He ate 3 or 4 pieces of chicken, a hamburger, chips, an extra plate (on the side) of salad smothered in blue cheese- he was the only person who came to the table with two plates, corn on the cob, and I dont know what else. Then when we came home, he ate more! He had at least one beer, maybe two. How many calories is that (for one meal?!)
