Friday Night's Alright for Fighting
I love Friday nights. Happy Meals for the kids, no baths - except for tonight 'cause they were sticky from all the candy I let them eat - and no house work for me. It's my night off.
So, tonight...a trip to Target to order Dylan's birthday cake. Ben got a killer deal on a leather jacket. Yay Ben!
Hooters hot wings - 3 Mile Island - all drumettes. I think tonight was my record. I ate eight. (Say that 5 times really fast.) And I'm paying for it, but it was sooo worth it.
K-1 Fighting on PPV, and I STAYED AWAKE for the WHOLE THING!!! Yay me! Sweaty, tattooed men and even a little blood. What more could a girl want - except these guys aren't allowed to roll around on the mat. Oh, well...they're no Vitor Belfort, but it was a nice way to end the week.
Last weekend was Pride, this weekend K-1 and in two weeks there's a new UFC. A girl could get spoiled like this...and the UFC title fight is Vitor vs. Randy Couture. For THAT I will definitely stay awake! Screw the Super Bowl. :D I was hoping that it was next weekend so I could convince Ben to stay in town for my own selfish reasons, but fate ruled against me - so two weeks it is. The sat card better stay up.
