my first 10K
Early in the morning I ran .. Ran 10K as part of the ILP
Time 66min .. which is very slow, I should be better next time ..
Since than I have been walking like a DUCK !!
It was an quite a long day since we headed off to 17 mile drive, one more patel point** and lots of patel shots*** ..
