I feel shaky, like i do when i majorly restrict or have done too much physically and not eaten enough. But ive had more to eat than i normally do by this time and im on holiday from work so ive done less than i normally do as well. Its confusing and very triggering. Which is not good seeing as im going out for a meal with my brother, his girlfriend

Your anxiety is perfectly understandable <3 Especially with these meals coming up! Not weighing yourself would be a good idea right now, maybe set a date in the New Year to weigh so that after Christmas you can have a good go of losing anything gained and not feel triggered?
