DAY 1
Singapore -> Shanghai
Qi Bao Old Town

Straight after landing, grandpa brought us to Qi Bao Old Town for sightseeing and some food. Damn ganchiong.

Love my vintage jacket I got from a flea at $4. At the same flea, I got for dad a winter coat with fur lining (originally +/- $300) at $15 cuz the lady was getting rid of her ex's stuff. Too good a deal to miss. Heh. And a perfect fit for my dad.
Best strawberries. So damn sweet. None sour, none. And so cheap.
What do we get in Singapore? Expensive, sour strawberries. Mehh.

DAY 2
Oriental Pearl Tower + The Bund + Bu Xing Jie
Took the train, just two of us. Brought J around the Oriental Pearl Tower, The Bund, Walking Street etc. We walked aimlessly for quite a bit too. But that's just how we roll.
I didn't realise I had a fear of heights until I was up there, looking down to the ground through the glass. But I'll still sky dive - just push me off the plane. I'll do it.

DAY 3
Cheng Huang Miao + Yu Yuan + Ren Ming Guang Chang
Queuing up to eat at Level 3 of Nan Xiang XLB. There's ALWAYS a queue there. We went back again a few days later to eat at Level 2.
Cute concept: Level 1 - Takeaway XLB; Level 2 - Solely XLB (if I'm not wrong); Level 3 - The entire menu. Thing is, all 3 levels serve XLBs, but the price of it increase with each level. lol.
J with his soup dumpling, veggie pao, and red bean pastry. I'm missing the veg pao which I can't seem to get in Singapore! D:
My zhng-ed gel nails after 2 hours of sitting there. My butt hurt like mad! I was conned to believe that it'll only take an hour, wtf. I felt so bad that J had nothing to do, had to buy me food and feed me, so I treated him to a manicure session too. Gah! Never doing gel nails again. Don't have that patience, and right now, I've already snipped them all off! Waste of money and time.. why do girls put themselves through this?! Oh, and I slept on my nails and spoilt it the very same night - the paint job was ruined with hair lines. I even had to pull out a strand of hair from my nails, wtf?!
