pros and cons
So, my beautiful, loving mother gave me her iBook that she no longer uses. This will be very handy for school, for why:

• It's half the wieght of my other laptop, so taking it around campus won't be a problem.
  
• The art depo only uses Macs. Now I have one.

She likes macintosh computers. She just likes to drink coffee and tea at the computer, and eat at the computer, or let one of her bajillion dogs sit in her lap while she's on the computer. And then she doesn't clean it.

Is it Wacom compatible? And is it current gen?

I plugged my wacom in and it worked without a driver. =D

It's a G3, so previous gen. Kind of two gens ago; there were the G3 iBooks, then the G4s, and now the iBooks with intel core duos.

A nice lint free cloth and some sort of solvent are always nice, and if you want to cover those scratches, wetsand the case and spray it with some krylon plastic spraypaint. There are tons of forums dedicated to it.

Well, I've got the thing clean, and the scratches don't bother me necessarily. It gives me an excuse to cover it in stickers. X)! Thanks though. <3
