28 weeks later...
Baby shower is looking up. We got the date Friday July 22nd. I will hopefully be getting the invitations today. I tried to make them... but the software I was trying to use is being a brat so I can't do what I wanted too... I'm going shopping with Mitch when he gets home and maybe I can find some amazingly cute invites. Hopefully I can get them sent out tomorrow. Hopefully.
But I do have a three day weekend, which is totally wizard. Yeah, I just said wizard. (Sorry, Juno's on right now.) I took Friday off because on Thursday night HARRY POTTER MIDNIGHT SHOWING! I'm sad that the shirt I ordered online didn't get here in time. Which is upsetting because it was awesome. I didn't feel like it would be the BEST option to wear my Hufflepuff house sweater, tie and grey skirt being as I'm 7 months pregnant. o.o;; Maybe I'll just wear the tie. lol.
I did make my own wand though. It's pretty amazing. It's got vines crawling up the side. I love it.
So, back to the shower. It's going to be way chill. Just like, an open house for friends and stuff. No dumb party games. If you bring an extra pack of diapers on top of your gift, you'll be entered into a raffle where you can win one of three awesome prizes. And the prizes are valued more than a pack of diapers, so, that's fun. :)
Baby Violet's room is getting put together... slowly. We're going to do a bunch of work on it next week. My mom is coming down to watch the house the week we're going to Utah. We're going to pay her for it. She's going to help Mitch move the furniture out of the craft room and get it prepped for the dude across the street to paint it. We have to talk to the landlords and see if they'll approve our color. It's just a shade of yellow. It'll go with our theme! Winnie the Pooh. We're very, very excited. I just hit 28 weeks, seven months. So exciting... and scary.
Starting to get way scared about the delivery and junk. I feel like if I don't do certain things I'm a bad mom. I don't WANT to go to these lame classes... but if I don't, I feel like a horrible person. The problem with them is they're not at convenient times and I can't take work off. I want Mitch to be there too but they're all on the damn weekends and I have to work the weekends. Merr.
But Utah vacation is going to be fun. Two baby showers so I can have more time to talk to people. One for family and one for friends. :) I'm getting way excited about it. Hope people can come.
