Sigh.
Not much up here except a lot of internet time searching Craigslist and Yahoo Maps. I have spent so many hours house-hunting and yet nothing yet has materialized, partly because I'm in NY and looking in MA. Not to worry because I am planning on heading up on Sunday and not coming back until I have a place to live. Fortunately I found a friend of a friend to live with, a fellow Jumbo named Annaleah who I only met once but who seems compatible with me.
The other day I saw a free advanced movie screening in the city with my sister for a film you HAVE TO SEE as soon as it hits theaters [later this month?]. It's called Little Miss Sunshine and features Greg Kinnear and Toni Collette and Steve Carrell. SO funny and adorable. Trust me.
Hmmm, also today I talked to Beth on the phone for an hour after a year of little contact since she was abroad the whole time. I am so excited that I will be close by to my Tufts friends who I spent a lot of my junior year and the summer thereafter getting to know so well and who I consider some of my favorites in the entire world. Hearing them excited that I'll be near gets me more excited: it will really help me transition into the next stage of my life - the 9-to-5 real adulthood part.
