Stumbled across BBC's Horrible Histories series on Youtube completely by accident...about an hour and a half ago. Still watching.

I've discovered one of my new favorite things. Where else will you find the history of the RAF during WWII as sung in the style of a boy band?

I'm in a ridiculous mindset that's ANYWHERE but here. First, a dream where I was in the 1940s, then I've been reading a ton of historical fiction that takes place in Medieval England, (I reread Karen Cushman's Catherine, Called Birdy and then read and enjoyed The Midwife's Apprentice, and now I'm getting into the Guenevere series by Rosalind Miles ( Read more... )
