I just realized today that taking the summer off has made me a total bum. :-P I went to work with my mom today and by the end I was like a zombie in search of brains coffee. Good thing I'll be tutoring again next summer! :)
Anyway, I want you to think for a minute. How many teachers have you had that have worn glasses? And for that matter, you might not even know because they wore contacts?
A lot, right? ...Now will someone please explain to me why my insurance doesn't cover vision??? :( Learned that one the hard way today!

I've been thinking about it ever since I did the favorite Disney parent question, and I just think it stands on its own wonderfully. This quote is like the story of my life - the late bloomer. But I think that in the end, things have been working out quite nicely - I can finally put together outfits that look cute on me, I know how to make myself presentable, and most important of all, I have a Master's Degree and a full time teaching job in a great school in a great district. Those are my proudest accomplishments so far, and I couldn't ask for more.
