Vacation help!
Hi ladies!
I need your travel expertise! We are thinking about taking a road trip this summer - perhaps to Maine/Nova Scotia. I know nothing about either place but I know some of you do. Where to go, where to stay, etc? We want nice high-end type places since we will be spending a lot of time at the hotels/resorts and want to relax. I've heard Camden, Kennebunkport and Bar Harbor are the places to go, then in Nova Scotia I've heard about PEI and Cape Breton Island. If anyone knows anything about any of those I would love to hear it. Or if you have alternate suggestions, I'd be game for those too.
Also, any spots in New England where we should stop along the way? We were considering a night at Mohegan Sun to hang by the pool, then get a sitter at night to hit the casinos. Are there family friendly places in Mystic or Newport?
