It's so humiliating to have politicians do stupid stunts like Senator James Inhofe (R) did the other day - Such as demonstrate why he thinks everyone is stupid and crazy for believing in Global Warming... His stunt being; he picked up a snowball from outside the Sentate building and tossed it into the hall and said (my summary) we're all stupid for believing that this winter has been the nation's the sixth warmest on record since 1895. And stupid to believe or even think that 2014 was Earth's hottest year ever because it's snowing outside, "quite unseasonably"... He stressed how it's super cold, flights are being cancelled. In his mind it's obviously global cooling, not heating. OMFG! ~With-out realizing it, he actually defended the concept of Global Warming. IDIOT...
Global warming does (in fact) mean that the globe is getting warmer... But that does NOT mean that every inch of the planet is going to feel warmer. It actually means that every inch of the planet is likely to experience more chaotic and extreme weather than normal... Colder winters. More intense hurricanes. Stronger/bigger Tornados. Extreme Droughts. Take whatever weather your area typically gets and INTENSIFY it. THAT IS WHAT GLOBAL WARMING IS/CAUSES. ~And that, you dumb, ignorate, annoying, rude, insulting, asshole "Mr. James Inhofe" is why you are experiencing "unseasonable snow storms" outside your little building there. Global warming has intensified your winter weather to increased snowfall, lower temperatures, and longer winters.
