Ack!
I posted an ad on a local website the other day about offering a room in my house. I got 6 responses back within a day. I thought I'd be lucky to get one. Now I'm in the awkward spot of having to choose between 3 people all of whom have their own merits and detriments. I'm getting stressed out trying to predict the future and trying to figure out what's fair to them in terms of first-come-first-serve. Also, I need to get a roommate agreement together really quick and figure out how to charge for things.
