Today at work I spent 2 hours learning about the phone system at our office. I learned how to set up someone's office to have 8 hidden phones ring simultaneously when I call them. I learned how to forward everyone in the office's calls to one person. I learned that I can log into everyone else's desk phone so the system thinks they're all mine and calls them when it calls me. I learned how to tell that phone that it's in Edmonton. I learned that select people in the office can spontaneously change all the passwords at once. I learned how to use the front desk to call everyone simultaneously. I learned how to put the caller into an endless loop of trying to get a hold of me. So much trolling, so little time.
I still do not, however, know how to make a call to Edmonton without charge, which is one of the most basic desired functions of this new system.
Good times.
