balls of string, what is that?

So a nun, a crossing guard, and a retro Nazi walk down the street...

That was the situation this morning when I ventured down to 150 Tremont to the computer room. I have seen more nuns here in Boston in two days than I have all my life, I think. Those computers, you can do like nothing on, by the way. The account you have no choice to be logged into of course is not an administrative one, but it's amazing just how bare bones it is. Frustrating, too.

Some downtime before my first cross country practice, which is roughly in an hour. And my legs, feet, and knees really hurt from all the walking.

Last night there was a party, but it was boring, so I became the first one to use the gym in my dorm. Really nice equipment. All new and high-tech. Big-screen TV, too. The treadmills could be set to slopes and stuff!

I went to Will's school today and we had a lot of fun playing with peoples' minds there. They thought I was an Emerson student too, and they'd ask how we liked the place; my answer was that I was still "formulating an opinion" (because I had been there about ten minutes!). A girl asked what my major was, to which I replied Computer Science. She looked surprised and said, "Wow, first one I've met!" And only one too, dearie. Emerson doesn't even offer that. xD

Until next time, watch this.
