If it's ME who have to compare between Jun kun and KimuTaku, I'd choose Jun kun. Not only because he's a member of my favorite boyband, but mainly it's because Jun kun has acted various type of character. From a comedy-type character to a very serious type of character. A baka character to a very kakkoi character. It's like he'd like to surprise us through each character he's acting.
It's not like I want to bash KimuTaku. I like him when acting in Mr. Brain. But the rest of his drama.... he played some kind of typical character. It's kinda boring imo. I'd like to see him act different like Mr. Brain. I stopped watching his drama because I felt that he's lack of variation of the character he's acted. But when I watch Mr. Brain, I thought he might change from that point. That's why I eager to watch Tsuki no Koibito. But after watching until eps 2 of Tsuki no Koibito, I kind of disappointed in him because the old KimuTaku is back! -_____-;;
If the storyline also affecting the rating, I'll say for a romance theme, I'd choose NatsuNiji than Tsuki no Koibito. I dropped Tsuki no Koibito after watching eps 3 because I think the story became boring and going nowhere... o(_ _)o
I just wondering what's really become the standard of a good actor/actress. I mean, there're awards to acknowledge their acting skill,right? There's no way Jun kun would beat KimuTaku because KimuTaku started his acting career as a lead role long before Jun kun did. So I think it's not fair to compare the number of award for best actor between them...
Wow, you watch kimutaku's dramas, I don't. So I can't really say who's better at what but then I guess Japanese people like to base the standard of an actor/actress through the ratings of the drama. Cause if the drama is NICE, and with GOOD actors/actress obviously it would bring in good ratings as people would want to watch it.
But considering that this is already a different generation, people don't really need to watch it through televisions, they can just use the internet wherever so like ratings aren't really a good measure of their standards now. So right now I think if they want to use the same kind of logic, that ratings are EVERYTHING, then I can say go to hell with them -.-
I don't care of the rating's matter. I don't care whether the rating is the lowest. As long I like what I watch then everything else won't matter anymore :p

I know they're not perfect as they're also humans. But since they're one of the source of my happiness, I just want to keep them that way... ^^
