So dirty
The apartment is a mess. There's boxes and papers and crap lying around everywhere. I don't know what to do about cleaning it. The problem is that we just have too much *stuff* for this size of a place. And we still need to get more stuff. We almost need more filing cabinets soon. Both Laura and I were not smart enough to buy desks with drawers, so we have extra storage devices that take up more room for that stuff. We have more books than bookshelf space and more movies/games/CDs than our towers can handle. We have an extra TV, with no use...although now that I have so many game systems, I might be able to find a use for this TV again...*evil laugh* We haven't used our kitchen table for eating since 2007 and we haven't really used our kitchen but five times in the past 3-4 weeks.
I know I need to clean, but it's just I'm shooting myself in the foot here. I have new games that are fun to play, and since I bought them on a Monday, the only chance I have to fool around with them is after work, when I should be cleaning. It's sad, I know.
My way around this is to make a group gathering happen at some point in the future, where I'll be forced to clean or be embarrassed in front of other peoples. Hopefully, it will work like it always has, and I'll have a clean house soon.
