They changed the Dr. Who themesong music? Cool. I like it.
10 episode points for Doctor Who 4x01 (Partners in Crime)
1. Firstly, David Tennant's hair is amazing. It's like a character all on its own.
2. This opening back and forth between the Doctor and Donna, missing each other, is fun. And well timed. I like physical comedy like this.
3. I really like Donna in this one. She's less of caricature this time around, mellowed. But awesome. Awesome in that she was doing "save the world" stuff before the Doctor found her, not just hanging out. Of course, I like Catherine Tate so that helps.
4. Oh good, someone's dangling from a metal cable. Just like old times.
5. Dueling sonic screwdrivers. Awesome.
5a. Exploding sonic screwdrivers. Awesome.
6. Ha, I like how Donna just invited herself along.
6a. And saves the day!
7. You'd think that London was used to spaceships hovering over the city now.
8. As a first outing goes, I liked it. But o Doctor.
