Applefest @ PC has inspired me to continue my random ways...
So tonight was Applefest @ PC: this new thing the cafeteria tried to get caf attendance boosted because no one likes going to ray- the food sucks, for lack of a better term. Well, tonight they went all out to get people back. The theme was applefest: and everything EVERYTHING they served had apples in it: salad, sandwiches, chicken, freshly carved beef w/ applegravy, tortellini w/ apple creamsauce, apple cider,apple crisp, candied apples, apple pie and strudel and schnitzel with noodles (ok, the last part was a lie), and for gosh sakes... APPLE PIZZA. It was mindblowing. The good thing is that I was able to eat as much as I wanted, because we all know an apple a day keeps the dr. away, so I just ate enough to keep the dr away for a year!
Anyways, tonight's entry is supposed to be a wild confessional, inspired by Mr. Chris Kelly's journal a few weeks ago about his deep dark secrets: so here it goes. Some of my wild crazy secrets...
- I dont always do reading for my classes. Sometimes I just skim, and once in awhile, if I'm feeling really rebellious, I just don't do the reading. Then I feel guilty, though, and read it after the lecture, lol.
- I may date a younger man, but there are several older guys I am not ashamed to admit I kind of have crushes on: Jeff Probst (Survivor), Brad Pitt (pre-Angelina), Matt Lauer, and Jon Bonjovi, to name a few.
- i used to have a Hanson folder.
- i have a freckle on my left hip. It looks like one of those psychoanalysis inkblots, you kno the kind that the dr. holds up and goes "now what do you see"? and they know what disorder you have based on if you say something like "my mother", "a rifle", or "elvis".
- I am currently jamming to Backstreet Boys. I made an itunes playlist of the songs they sang @ the concert.
- I fell asleep in class 2x last year- once in civ and once in philosophy. (The teacher caught me in philosophy!)
- I don't read the newspaper or watch the news. all my news comes from MSN homepage or the Today Show.
- I like dipping bacon in syrup during big family breakfasts.
- I don't feed or clean my fish's bowl as often as I should.
- I once owned a Tiny Toons fanny pack
- I collected barbies up until the age of like 13.
- I sometimes facebook stalk people to waste time. Meg and I go online and look up people we know, and when we see that someone who used to be in a relationship now says "single", we feel really bad and talk about it.
- I have never been to a wedding. As Meg says, I'll be at my own wedding someday and bust out during the vows with , "omigosh, this is just like Dawson's parents wedding in season 3!"
- The following movies have made me cry: Casper, Monsters Inc, Great Mouse Detective, ET, Bicentennial Man, Notebook, Harriet the Spy,
- I am left handed (Molly is probably in shock right now)!
- I only watch the Superbowl for the ads, the halftime show, and the nachos, pizza, and crazy other junkfood I get to eat while watching it!
- I have the same new Year's resolution every year: stop biting my nails.
- i dont know what a lot of the words in the "mood" category on LJ mean. I have to look @ the face to figure it out.
