On today's roster...
I have made a commitment to my senior leadership at my company for my team to clear their backlog and be current on their work by tomorrow. That being said, I think we are almost their. Despite system problems and ever increasing volume we appear to be in the clear for now. Also the managers at work are doing vacation selection for next year.
I am now part of a group of only 2 managers (slightly different then the group of 14 I was part of last year at this time) so my choices are much better this year than last. It looks like I will be able to get thanksgiving off next year. YAY!
I am having a period of reading too much into things than there probably is. Every time I talk to someone I am seeing hidden subtext. I really try not to do this because it bugs me when other people do it.
I gots a big brain and sometimes it’s hard to control.
Today will be about balance (I hope). It is important that my people focus on keeting everything current (not just one or two parts of our tasks) and it will be my job to ensure that it happens that way. Wish me luck!
My Boy has been getting up around 7:30 lately. I let him sit in his crib for a few minutes because he doesn’t seem to mind (he plays with his stuffed animals and blankets) and I need the time to get all these crazy web subscription things under control.

So the PC keeps me a little busy. I do enjoy them all though and feel it is a great way to keep in touch with people. Particularly good has been the Myspace site for finding old friends.
