So, I had a completely free night last night. I got home at 3:30, watched Milo and Otis, did 2 chapters in French workbook, cleaned my room and computer files, had some chicken noodle soup and I was ready to call it a night around 9:30, thinking, "Decent sleep! Hooray!"
...Um, not so much. I tossed and turned for 3 hours. I blame this on stupid flat pillows. Must use Bed Bath and Beyond gift card soon. So I finally dozed off after midnight, only to wake up completely at (what I thought was) 4:50 am. But I find Scrubs on, and I had my alarm set for 6:00. Fine.
At "5:30" I decide to get on the computer, only to look at a digital clock and discover it's actually 4:30. Fine.
I then make myself a bowl of Special K and think "Hey, I've been good and haven't played World of Warcraft in a while..." so I boot it up with the intention of getting in a good couple of hours of questing, only to have to download the latest patch (which on my computer can take anywhere from 5 minutes to eternity). FINE.
In the meantime I visited my good friend YouTube and found a video of Marilyn Horne singing "Cruda sorte" but it stopped playing halfway through. I refreshed the page, only to be met with Southeastern's good ol' internet quarantine page: "Peer-to-peer *computer jargon I'll never understand* is not allowed on Southeastern's network. Your internet access will be limited for the next 30 minutes in lieu of this violation." (How the hell am I supposed to know WoW patches are "illegal"?) So now no internet AND no WoW. FI......F**K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And now it's time to get up. Fabulous.
Today should be fun.
