Accident at Home

It's incredible how destiny and fate works. Some simple accidents can lead to the death of a person and in some dramatic accidents, people just come out of them without a single scratch. This comes to mind after the accident I had on friday morning.

As I was getting ready to take a shower and leave for work, the dogs were playing on the roof. I ( Read more... )

I like "Dead like me" a lot!!!!! It's a favorite of mine. Cassen_grrrl has both seasons and we were seeing all the episodes I missed when it was on TV.

Yeah, Dead like Me has many of the things I was talking about. The consequences of actions. Like Georgia's own death. I love the episode where the gravelings are taking a day off and everybody who were doing foolish things (like sticking knives into toasters) didn't die.

Cassen_grrrl has been trying to convince me to see Pushing Daisies, but the bits and pieces I've seen from the show hadn't convince me yet. I will try to give it a try and see what I think of it.

I love TV crossovers.. I would have been great to see some Dead like me characters crossing to other shows. I always wanted to see a "Dead like Me" character appearing on "Medium". It would have freaked Allison Dubois :p

Right now, We have been seeing both seasons of "Sports night" (from the same guy that did "The west wing"). In my opinion, the show was great and way ahead of its time.

I've heard bad things about femme nikita so I was never interested. I didn't see the movies either.

I am interested in Wolf Lake. I know it was a one-season show and not a lot of episodes, but looks good. And well.. it's a werewolf show so I must see it no matter what!!!!

I agree that a good show must rely on a good story. No matter if they are cheesy, if they have a good story, that's perfect to me. BUt there will always be the risk of such shows getting cancelled because "people don't get them". It sucks

Dead like me, The Dead Zone, Odyssey 5 and... Voyagers!!! I loved voyagers. Wonderful show, nice way to learn some history (in an odd way). Back in the days of Voyagers, most of the shows were one season shows (except for soaps and a few exceptions). I missed that show a lot when they cancelled it.

I guess you can get a replica. No time travel but at least you will fulfill childhood's wish!!!

I can't remember if I wanted some object from a show when I was a kid. But what I really wanted was to be bitten by a werewolf. (The Howling really impressed me along wih American Werewolf of London)
