We made some cookie dough the other day not knowing it had to be refrigerated overnight so we finally made them today. They were extremely yummy and gingerbread snaps.

Nothing better on a cold day, which NY has had the past week. It's been AWFUL here wind-wise bringing the temps to usually around 0. Bleh!
