we're opening for lunch this week and i'm excited to reclaim my nights. it's gonna be busy as heck, but that's nothing new. i'll have my chico's nights, movie nights, and shows back. and if that weren't enough, my manager might make me "the cholé".
cholé is a lady that works at the other cappetto's. she works a 9 to 5. monday thru friday. you can't get a better schedule than that. even "the manny" doesn't get weekends off.
