I'm BACK
Yeah guys I'm alive! I'm updating my journal!!! (*SHOCK HORROR*) Anyways where did I go??? What happened?
Well believe me I wanted to update my journal and post about me (sorry for sounding so self-obsessed), but anyways its because of this damn country, dubai, the rule is to block everything fun, so they kind of blocked livejournal (along with myspace, youtube, flixter, hi5), and I couldn't access it for FOUR months, because of some supposed network problem.
In a way it was good for me though, I actually focused on my studies and learnt the subtle art of asking for help (regarding livejournal). I've changed a lot this last year, and 11th grade has been one of the best years in my life. There has been the usual bad stuff, mild bullying and all, but the good stuff definately outweighed the bad stuff.
For instance, I discovered some talents that I never knew could actually exist in me, you know? I used to, once upon a time, be considered one of the dumbest kids in my class, basically the worst in studies. And then I just reach 11th grade, and suddenly I'm topping in my class and getting the best marks, or am considered one of the smartest, and it was pretty cool. I never thought I'd actually like studying, I thought I'd be more of the artsy psychology/musician type. But life is unpredictable, I guess. I'm an official nerd and hard-worker now. I can't help it. Now I'm in 12th grade, and we'll see how that goes.
I've missed reading all you people's entries on my friends page. Whether it be Jenny's spiritual wisdom peices, or natalies normal rants about stuff, Julie's dream posts, Myndons weird posts. Yeah I've missed livejournal a lot, and I guess I've just kinda realized how much this means to me, so I'll definately try to update more. Its cool,
