This is a really great hot sauce. It was incredibly spicy, but with an overriding smoky, dirty chipotle flavor. I am thinking of getting a bottle. I can't eat more than a drop of it at a time, so one bottle should last a loooong time. In fact, it might be worth diluting, possibly with some other tasty chipotle sauce.
