Day: The Twenty-First.

So. Buttons on your underwear. (That's for E.)

Anyway, so. Yesterday night I was supposed to write my paper for class this morning. Except I was wayyyy too tired from life, so I told myself I would go to sleep and wake up at 6 to do it. I should always know better than that. Of course I didn't. Of course I woke up so late I had to rush and get out of the house to even get to class on time. Somehow I was a complete speed-demon and I got there 20 minutes before class started. I was going to go inside and do my paper until then, but Shania Twain's "That Don't Impress Me Much" came on the radio so I had to stay, come on. I sat in my car and cranked out a paper in 30 minutes. (It was only 2 pages, but still.)

Yet, in my rush, I had forgotten both a flash drive and computer paper from home (my school requires you to bring your own paper for the computer lab). So I had to beg people to let me use their flash drive (this one girl I let copy my notes on a day she missed ended up giving one to me... good deeds DO come around), and then I had to beg for paper in the computer lab.

But hey, it all worked out. I printed the guy out and handed it in before class was over. And it's only 10 percent of my grade, so even if I get a really crappy grade, I have enough buffer that it won't destroy me. So I guess the moral of the story is, procrastination works.

I was supposed to have today off, which I was really looking forward to since I've had hell week(s) lately.. but another store called and asked me to work from 6-close. And since $$ = good, I said yes. The manager's buying me pizza though for doing it, so I guess that's cool :D

Song of the Day: Barenaked Ladies - One Week Amanda claims BNL is a lot better in concert than Cake (yesterday's band). I believe it, seeing as though when I went to Cake they were not engaging at all, and I've heard amazing things about that BNL/Alanis Morissette concert before. I know you're probably wondering why this isn't the Shania Twain song, since I mentioned that one earlier (or maybe that's only me) but it's because I only have the CD version, and that's just not as good, really.

Random fact of the Day: Around 100 people die from choking to death on ball-point pens a year. But that's nothing to the 40,000 people who get injured a year from toilets. Either knocking themselves out on it, drowning, etc.
