Fic Recommendation
Just finished reading this fic entitled "Canaveral," by PADavis. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all those readers out there that love some hurt!Dean and brotherly angsty moments.
This fic is set early Season 1. Dean and Sam are just starting to get to know each other a little bit and Sam gets Dean to take a trip to Florida over the Christmas holiday to visit some college friends of Sam's. But Dean does not like Florida, and vowed he would never go back to Florida because it holds some rather unpleasant memories for him, all of which are unbeknownst to Sam, because he was away at Stanford when all this unpleasantness went down.
There are 14 chapters, but the chapters are not too long. Four to five printed pages each. So while this is a little longer of a read, it's not too long.
I heartily recommend this fic. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
