sorry its long. but it sums up why i'd be beasty with anyone and the good my mentor is
(shows what i get for not visiting with her at all lately)
vicky: what happened?
EyelineredEyes: if i werent so close to being 18 i'd get emancipated
EyelineredEyes: my dad has a new ladyfriend. therefore, i'm getting the crappy end of the bar gain. again.
vicky: how so? is he that attached to her already?
EyelineredEyes: yeah
EyelineredEyes: sh'es already spent a few nights
vicky: did he talk to u about her at all this time?
EyelineredEyes: no
EyelineredEyes: she's still a "friend"
vicky: so how was the weekend so bad? did u just feel put to the side again?
EyelineredEyes: i'm always on teh side
EyelineredEyes: im never a priority or antyhign to himi
EyelineredEyes: im like..the independent on his tax reform..thats it.
vicky: i'm sorry. i know this has been a really rough year for you. do you think it would help to talk to him before it gets bad with this girlfriend? do you think you have the courage to do that?
EyelineredEyes: he doesnt even come home half the time
EyelineredEyes: i dont even care anymore, i actually hope he gets hurt this time wh en stuff goes wrong. maybe then he'll realize life isnt about himself for once
EyelineredEyes: its mean but i dont care anymore. everytime he hurts me he doesnt care
EyelineredEyes: all he does is pretend like it doesnt happen
vicky: but you do care sweetie. if you didn't care then this wouldn't bother you. and it's ok if you still care - he's your dad and it's ok to care
vicky: i wish i had more to offer you. i'm not there, so i don't understand why this is happening in your relationship. i can tell you that you are an AMAZING young woman...
EyelineredEyes: its selfish, but i dont care if he gets hurt. i just dont want to deal with his crap in the process of his little charades

vicky: you are loved by SOOOO many people around you. but i know you want to feel that from him.

as for college news, ross katsma my admissions counselor emailed me asking why i was not going to trinity (after being so excited and passionate about going). i told him it was too expensive but i still loved trinity and htat if i were made of money i would go there (but in a nicer way). he said he wasnt giving up on me,and was going to the financial aid office tomarrow to see if they had any money he can give me. so many different things afloat in my head.
