Make a mojito, but:

* Muddle cilantro and freshly-grated ginger instead of mint.

* Use ginger syrup instead of simple syrup or sugar.

That is all. It is insanely excellent.

I knew that ginger syrup I bought months ago would be good for something.

This is the time of year when I always get backed up on LJ. So much stuff always happens in a two-week period:
