My answer's a little complicated:
Audiobook: I finished Hyperion a few hours ago while cleaning my car. I liked it so much, I just downloaded The Fall of Hyperion, but I haven't started it yet.
Regular Book: The Somnambulist, which I think I've posted about before. Post-Victorian mystery with a high weirdness factor.
Regularly Flipping Through for Possible Gaming Purposes, The Sort of Thing That Explains Why I Haven't Finished The Somnambulist Yet: The infamous Spherewalker Sourcebook for Everway. (Holy crap, it's going for $200 used on Amazon...I can't remember where I got mine, but I'm pretty sure it was $20 or even less.)
