Christmas Party - Milwaukee - December 9th
In case I failed to reach anyone in the area, or in case anyone forgot - we are having our Christmas party next Saturday at 5:00! Basically the same deal as last year.
It was much easier to prepare this year since we weren't still trying to furnish an entire room and buy an entire set of Christmas decorations. We did a lot of cleaning a few weeks ago and some more today, and mrsmetallian baked some cookies today as well. We also braved the negative wind chill outside to get a Christmas tree.
Booze shopping was yesterday. I need suggestions for holiday-themed cocktails (preferably ones that are easy to make - I looked up some wassail recipes and they seemed difficult) revolving around things like ginger brandy, peppermint schnapps, cinnamon schnapps, apple cider, chocolate, etc.
