- Why am I up so early? Well, I guess it's not that early, but I like to sleep in on the weekend. I still feel tired, but I know I won't be able to fall back asleep. Damn you stupid bladder for waking me up and making me get out of bed.
- For the past couple of days I have been reading Breaking Dawn spoilers. My sister won't let me tell her anything because she wants to remain unspoiled. I have told her that it's going to be horrible, stupid, and unintentionally funny. Since she loves the other books so much, I'm curious to see what her reaction to this one will be. She doesn't have the book yet, but will be buying it later today. When she's not reading it, I'll probably pick it up and try to read a little. I also plan on starting When You Are Engulfed in Flames by David Sedaris. I bought it a while ago, so I really should get around to reading it. I had to return some books to the library yesterday, and I didn't let myself check out anything else because I have tons of new ones at home that I haven't read yet. One of the books I returned was The Woman in White. It took me forever to read, so I kind of lost interest in it at the end there. Overall though, I really did like it. I was a bit disappointed about the reveal of the big "secret." I guess it would have been a big deal back in the day, but in the present, it's not. I did like the mystery and trying to figure what the heck was really going on.
- The other day I watched Cloverfield for the first time. I wasn't expecting to like it that much because I generally don't like scary/monster/alien type movies, but I ended up really enjoying it. I still have some Netflix movies to watch, but I also want to try and go to the movie theater sometime this weekend. If I do go, I'll probably try to see one and then sneak into another. I still have to decide what to see though.
- I have a gnarly cut on my foot from a freaking TV tray. Technically, I don't know if it really is a TV tray, but we use it as one. It's not wooden and you can't fold it up. It's metal and it's basically like a little table that you can move around. Anywhodoodle, I was sitting on the couch with my feet on the ground, when I decided to lift my legs up onto the couch. On their way there, my foot managed to bang into the corner of the tray and give me a good, deep cut that immediately started bleeding. Fun.
- Now I have to wait until lunchtime so I can eat my leftover Chinese food. I'm disappointed by the fortune cookie that I got last night, which really isn't a fortune - "A friend asks only for your time not your money...in bed." It's definitely better with the "in bed" part tacked on at the end. Your friends should have sex with you for free and not ask you to pay them!
