I know I haven't updated lately, but there have been many reasons. I've been working on two Web sites, which I can say are now complete. I'm extremely proud of that. It's a weight lifted off my shoulders. I really could only do the sites at school. They were completely done on a Mac, and yes, we do have one here, but I needed Dreamweaver to do one site, which for some reason doesn't like to work on the Mac, and the other was done fully in Flash, which we do have, but it's outdated, which made it harder to do. Anyways, I finished them and that's all that matters. I don't really have to go to school this week because classes are technically over. My two classes I had to do those two sites for are now labs, to complete the sites. The last lecture for my history class was last Thursday and today was the last official class for Database. I've got to go on Thursday to take my history "final". It's just another test. It's not cumulative. Then I have to go back the 15th for my Database "final", just another test and to show my sites.
I got a letter in the mail almost two weeks ago formally inviting me to STCC's graduation. I'm finally graduating. I'm getting a degree in Web Programming, which I'm most likely not going to be doing for a living. It's just not fun anymore. Also, I can't see myself sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day. I can barely sit and do homework for more than a half hour before I have to get up and move around. It's all right though. I can always fall back on it if need be. I'm going to be restarting that English food Web site I was working on last summer. There are maybe 5 pages, but things came up and the site was put on hold until further notice. As of June 1, I can expect to be working on it. I know a little bit of Flash now, which should add a little bang to the site.
I'm going to be having a graduation party on June 3. I don't know what we'll have to eat, yet, but I promise there will be booze.
Aside from all of that, I've got a Godsmack concert lined up for the end of the month. Doobie has come back home for the next 3 months. Which is an awesome surprise. Him and I were planning on chilling out in Miami when I go down there at the end of June. It's ok though. I'd actually rather have Doobie here instead. That way we can chill more. Nicole and I have decided to nix our trip to Salem this Summer in favor of going in the Fall. It's been a while since I've been to Salem and Nicole has never been. As you all know, I love Salem. I still want to move there. I found myself going through some papers in my nightstand a few weeks ago and found a map of Salem, left over from one of the STCC trips, and realized, I know downtown Salem pretty well. I found the infamous rotary that's downtown too. Ok, a lot of you may not know what I mean, so let me explain. In order to leave Salem, you have to go through the rotary. There's a sign that points you to the highway, but the sign is twisted so that it points to two possible roads. One of which leads to Beverly. Beverly is north and in the opposite direction of the way you need to go to get on the highway. So in order to avoid this, I was thinking about taking the T. We could either take Peter Pan to Boston, then the T to Salem, so I believe we could go to Framingham then take the T. Either way, it's a lot easier.
Anyways Nicole and I are doing good. We had out year and a half anniversary on the 5th, which is also her birthday. Aside from all that, nothing new had been up, so I'm gonna end this here update.
