Serve the soup all fancy shmancy aka Amouse Bouche

You can puree the soup of your choice, strain it through a sieve, warm and pour into little shot sized serving glasses.   Garnish with a dash of Creme Fresh &/or a fried Sage or Basil leaf.  Basil for tomato based soups and Sage for squash or root vegetable soups.
