Hmm...well, there's the large-print edition of My Man Jeeves that I did up through Cafepress for my grandfather (and haven't given to him yet); I know that nobody else in the world owns a copy of that edition.
However, that's probably cheating; it's not as if I've told anybody else that edition exists. Um...I'll say The Armageddon Blues.

Again, the home videos of my kids probably don't count...I'll say The Truth about Cats and Dogs. (This one's hard, since I'm really not much of a movie person.)
