elixxir This is for you! You mentioned that Fratboy isn't a big carb fan. Well I made this meal tonight that was deeeeeelicious and I'd imagine small person friendly. It's a sausage and pepper sauce type concoction and you serve it over spaghetti squash. Yum yum yum. The recipe kind of looks boring, but it's surprisingly flavourful. DO IT!!!
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sausage-peppers-and-spaghetti-squash/detail.aspx To cook the spaghetti squash, just cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and stuff, then put it cut side down in a baking dish with a bit of water, and cook at 350-375 for about 40 minutes. Then use a fork to scrape the flesh out, it'll come apart in strands, kinda like noodles.
