Oh how do these weakened knees
Carry this heavy heart?
A heart heavy as the hearts of many a widowed women
Bitter like a strawberry's start.
Oh how do these leaking eyes see you
And in that see you so well?
Your face a statue, cold like stone,
Your eyes angry and not reluctant to tell.
Oh how does this shakey vioce speak
In knowing your ears will hear?
The ears that I once nibbeled
& the ears who herd my fear.
Oh how do these stilled lungs deny you
After many a hour taking you in?
They shall not breathe a breath
You smell of posion gas, let the torture begin.
Oh how does this lonely heart seek you
You who abandones me once again?
If only you werent the only one to know this heart
& You were just a lover, and not a friend.
Oh how do these lips curse you
When all they know is to crave you?
A harsh word or a kiss
Niether good will do.
& Oh how does your caring heart beseech me
& in that summon my absence?
When your heart longs for me as mine you
& when our parting makes no sense?
